Billy T. Ben, P.E., CCM
Founder and Principal
Billy T. Ben leads Spring Vista's engineering practice and quality program. His career in civil infrastructure spans close to a decade in New York City and the UAE, across bridges, tunnels, sewer and interceptor rehabilitation, transit facilities, roadways, port infrastructure and public capital programs.
Before founding Spring Vista, he served as engineering portfolio manager on the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's George Washington Bridge rehabilitation program, as assistant project manager at Arup on preliminary engineering for the Penn Station Expansion, and in field, office and project engineering roles on New York City DDC and DEP contracts, including resident engineering on a $20.5 million trenchless sewer rehabilitation contract.
